PatSIMONS(Nee Berry) Passed peacefully away on Friday 2nd March 2018 aged 72 years. Loving Wife to David. Mother to Elizabeth (Liz), Jo, Sheila, Paul and Lucy (Lu). Loving Grandma and Great Grandma. Rest in peace. Pat's funeral service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Friday 16th March 2018 at 11.00 am.
